SHIPPING POLICY

  • DUE TO USPS Shipping rate increases, please contact Benaz to obtain exact shipping and handling charges for your purchases

  • Free shipping for all Jewelry products

  • Furniture items are FREE pickup

  • Shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items

  • Standard ground shipping for in-stock items should arrive in approximately 7-10 business days after processing

  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands)

  • Shipping times are not guaranteed

Return & Exchange Policy

  • All Jewelry and Seasonal items are FINAL SALE

  • All other items have a 30-day store credit or exchange policy

  • Items must be in original box, packaging, and original condition

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • You may return the item for store credit to the showroom upon appointment

  • If you prefer to return ship the item for store credit, you are responsible for shipping and packing costs. Items must be returned undamaged. Certified/insured return shipping is recommended.
